Early bird rate!

Take advantage of the special early bird rate of €200 and save €100 on the regular rate (€300). Available until 15 September 2019.

PhD discount

Students and PhD candidates benefit from a special discount of 50% on the regular conference rate (€300). Choose the PhD discount fee of €150 at registration. You will need to send us proof of your (PhD) student status to [email protected].

Terms & conditions

By registering to this conference, you agree to the following terms & conditions:

REGISTRATIONS
Registration for the conference takes place online by credit card, PayPal, or iDeal, or via invoice/bank transfer (for the latter options, please contact [email protected] before registering).

A registration will be confirmed in writing once payment has been received.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be done in writing and must be received by 24 October 2019 by email ([email protected]). Cancellations made before this deadline will be refunded minus an administration fee of €50. Cancellations received after this deadline or failure to attend the event without prior notice will not be refunded.

PHOTO CONSENT
At the start of the conference, you will be asked to sign a form that you consent to have your photo taken. Photos may be used online or in print for communication purposes. If you do not wish to have your photo taken or for your photo to be used in this way, in addition to not signing the list, please also inform us prior to the conference of your wishes.

REDUCED FEE
Students and PhD students enjoy a reduced fee to attend the conference. To prove your student status, we will ask you for a copy of your academic ID card. Please send proof of your (PhD) student status to [email protected].

MAILING LIST
Your email address and personal information will only be used in relation to the conference. You will receive updates related to the conference by email before, during or after the conference. You will not signed up to the general mailing list of the The Hague Program for Cyber Norms.
