Isabella Wilkinson

Isabella Wilkinson is a Research Associate in the International Security Programme at Chatham House and an Associate Editor for the Journal of Cyber Policy. Wilkinson specialises in cyber policy and currently works across projects on the geopolitics of cyberspace, international cybercrime policymaking, advancing equity, diversity and inclusion in cyberspace and the emerging cyber threat landscape.

During her visiting fellowship, Wilkinson will focus on China’s posture in the UN First and Third Committee cyber processes.

Wilkinson co-leads Women in International Security UK and is part of the 2022 Santander-CIDOB ’35 Under 35’ Future Leaders Forum (2022). Wilkinson is also on the Steering Committee for the UK Internet Governance Forum.
