Profile

Caitríona Heinl has worked as a Research Fellow on international security cyber issues at NTU Singapore since 2012. Research interests include global cyber policy and emerging technology security challenges such as AI, machine learning and autonomous weapons systems. She publishes policy reports and academic articles, contributes to research projects and frequently addresses global audiences including ASEAN/ARF, OSCE, UN and Track 1.5/Track 2 government events. She is currently responsible for strategy and policy under the Nanyang Business School Cyber Risk Management project, having transferred from the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS) Centre of Excellence for National Security at NTU.
