François Delerue Spoke at the AEGES Annual Conference
François Delerue, Associate Fellow of The Hague Program for Cyber Norms, participated in the Annual Conference of the French Association for War and Strategic Studies (AEGES – Association pour les Études sur la guerre et la stratégie).
This year, the conference was organized at Grenoble Alpes University (Grenoble, France) and the theme was “Innovation(s): War and Peace”. François Delerue delivered a presentation on ‘La cyberdéfense : une innovation échappant au droit international ?’ on a panel dedicated to the challenges raised by cyberspace and digitalization in international security. This panel was chaired by Delphine Deschaux-Dutard (CESICE, Université Grenoble Alpes), and had two other speakers: Aude Géry (GEODE- Paris 8) and Theodoros Karathanasis (CESICE, Université Grenoble Alpes).
