Talk: Doppelgänger reaching out [TLP:RED]

There have been a lot of reports about disinformation, and rightly so, but most of them have focused on either the technical side of things (pivoting, infrastructure and such) or the organizational aspect (who they're working for, leaked notes from internal meetings). We have obtained close to 600 gigabytes of internal data belonging to the Doppelgänger campaign and this presentation is going to blend three aspects: the reach of the campaign, some of the mistakes the operators made and reaching out to the people who were part of the campaign, whether they knew it or not.
