Dennis Broeders

Dennis Broeders is Full Professor of Global Security and Technology and Senior Fellow of The Hague Program on International Cyber Security at Institute of Security and Global Affairs of Leiden University. His research and teaching broadly focuses on the interaction between international security, technology and policy, with specific areas of interest in international cyber security governance, digital dependencies and strategic autonomy and emerging technologies. He previously worked at the Scientific Council for Government Policy and Erasmus University Rotterdam. He also held visiting positions at WZB in Berlin and the Oxford Internet Institute and was Global Chair at the University of Bath. He teaches in the Bachelor Cybersecurity and Cybercrime and in the Crisis and Security Management master program.
